The glass block center island allows the gourmet cook to be with family and guests while still being able to maneuver freely. The customer also wanted an area to display her collection of coloured glass wear which is done to perfection. |

 | Kitchen 07 - This is an innovative, functional and contemporary kitchen made in natural maple shaker. An angled island allows the homeowner to face guests in the adjacent family area while accommodating a request for elevated seating for her children. |

 | Kitchen 08 - Suited to a growing and active family, this space provides generous and functional storage as well as being a pivotal point for family activities. Warmth from the maple cabinetry with a rich glaze is just the finishing touch needed. |

Specialty cabinetry, a wine rack, crown molding and the granite countertops were designed in whenever possible, but the highlight of the space is the display unit. Also included were extension dove tail drawers which were utilized throughout. |
